“Religious faith demands action. No honest measure of Jewish teachings accepts the distancing of religious interests from communal concerns. 

“That is why Temple Emanu-El has hosted inclusive debates and town halls with candidates for local, state, and federal office in the past, and will continue to do so. So that left and right are heard, and every point of view in continue to do so. So that left and right are heard, and every point of view in between.”
