Bruce Blakeman: The Race for New York’s Next Governor

The Temple Emanu-El Streicker Cultural Center has offered the Jewish community the chance to hear from candidates and their representatives before important national elections. As we approach the November election, New Yorkers face an important decision closer to home: Who should occupy the governor’s mansion in Albany?

To help inform that decision, join us to hear from Bruce Blakeman, the Republican and Conservative candidate, giving you the opportunity to hear directly from him, learn more about his priorities and ask your questions.

Bruce Blakeman has served as Nassau County Executive since 2022. His previous public service includes the Nassau County Legislature, Hempstead Town Council, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

The Temple Emanu-El Streicker Center also extended an invitation to Governor Hochul, whose schedule could not accommodate us. We hope to welcome at another time another representative of the New York State Democratic Party to represent her campaign.
