Finding Hope and Healing: A Family Estrangement Support Group
Family estrangement can bring feelings of grief, hurt, and isolation. You are not alone. Over five Tuesdays beginning October 20, temple members who share this experience will gather for conversation and validation. Led by Dr. Dina Rosenfeld, LMSW, participants will be guided through healthy coping strategies and offered a reframe of difficult interactions. Whether or not reconciliation is possible, participants will be supported in finding a path forward with greater perspective and hope for healing. For questions, reach out to Rabbi Amy Ehrlich: 212-744-1400, ext. 306.
Five Tuesdays, 6:00-7:30 PM
October 20 and 27, November 3, 17 and 24
(The group will not meet on November 10th.)
Advance registration is required. Enter through 1 East 65th Street.
